I see blindness oriented topics on the boards a lot, I was just wondering if any zoners were sighted, and, if so, does the number of topics you are unable to participate in: ("what is your visual problem" and "Digital watches") are two that come to mind, bother you?

I am not sighted but it would be good to see the responses.
I would think that most sighted people in this site joined because they are linked in a way to blind people who introduced them to the website.
But it would be interesting to see if any sighted people just found the website in google or somewhere else without knowing any blind people and joined.
The first category of people who have got blind friends i wouldn't think they mind reading topicks about blindness but it would be good to read what the sighted people without any link to blind people have to say.

I'm not sighted, but I think since the sight was created by blind people, and most of the folk here are blind if not all, being bothered by blind oriented topics like digital watches and what is your vison problem is like one of us joining a sight oriented sight, and being bothered by discusions about photo software, or cameras, digital or otherwise. I hardly ever join sight oriented discussions or communities, and although topics about colors or photography don't interest me, they certainly don't bother me.

I am sighted!! Not bothered what so ever the fact that there are people that are blind or sighted. . . I just enjoy the community on here and the games are always entertaining. Not to mention cant really pass up the vent .. .
